Today we closed on the sale of our most recent home in Grand Prairie. I really like to buy homes like this. This house was originally a small home on a large lot. After several add-ons and accessory buildings, the square footage was more than double the original construction. The health of the father and the recent pandemic made it where the family needed the home sold.
